You may not use Qraftiq to:

• Circumvent security measures

Intellectual Property

All content on Qraftiq, including:

• Logos and branding
• Website design and layout
• Proprietary software
• Product photographs (unless seller-owned)

are the property of Qraftiq or our licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

Returns and Disputes

Our return policy covers:

• Damaged or defective items
• Items not as described
• Late or non-delivery

Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved through our dispute resolution system before escalating to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Qraftiq shall not be liable for:

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
